How Does Shipping Work?


Shipping destinations:

  • We ship both locally (in the UK) and worldwide.
  • Free shipping and installation in the UK is offered.

Shipping times:

  • Local orders (within the UK) can take up to 20  business days to be delivered to you and installed by one our approved technicians
  • International orders take 45 business days to be delivered via UPS (insured). 
  • Please note,we cannot be held responsible for any damages that happen during delivery. 
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost.

  • Digital orders such as joining the Cryptoway Academy or Brochure downloads will be delivered digitally

Payments

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

  • We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via bank transfer
  • We also accept cryptocurrency payments which are handled by Coinbase commerce.
  • Cash on Delivery is not available at this stage
  • More Payment methods will be available soon

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our equipment at this stage returns are not possible. A 12 months warranty and phone support is always offered.

If your equipment has gone faulty or damaged, you can always send it back to us and we’ll make sure you’re up and running as quick as possible. We tend to offer a 14 day turn around to all of our customers.

Placing an order

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with the delivery information and select a payment method for the products.

  • Gold package : 12 months warranty + 365 days monitoring service. Tech support 7 days,365 days a year. 100% discount on labor if you unit becomes defective after the warranty period expires. In addition Access to Crypto Academy worth £899  ( releasing Q3 2022 ) , 20% discounts on hosting services (launching Q2 2022)

Silver Package: £19.99 pcm/ per unit (including VAT)

Gold Package : £29.99 pcm/ per unit (including VAT) 

We are the first company in the UK to be registered handling cryptocurrency mining. A VAT invoice will be issued for any purchase, making it deductible through your business.

  • Silver - 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday ) during business hours, with 2 hours of zoom meetings included
  • Gold - 7 days a week, 365 days a year with remote monitoring enabled.
